Description

This paper evaluates the influence of four variables i.e., income, education, cost of fuel, and clean fuel supply/security on fuel adoption decisions. To understand the study population’s behavioral change, a Household Survey was conducted in India’s rural district. Binary logistic regression was applied to establish a link between the variables. Primarily both biomass fuels and LPG were used mostly for the cooking part in the study area. The prevalence of energy stacking behavior was observed even among middle and upper-income families.
