A Strategic Human Resource Management Program for Tertiary Schools in Western Visayas: Towards Quality Organizational Performance and Productivity

This study entitled seeks to formulate a model for a strategic human resource management program for tertiary schools in Western Visayas, Philippines towards quality organizational performance and productivity. In this work: a proposed strategic human resource management program for tertiary schools in Western Visayas, Philippines; a strategic human resource management program with emphasis on environmental analysis, organizational direction, policy formulation, program implementation, and strategic evaluation; an implementation and evaluation plan for the John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University – Villa as a case in point. This study involved model – building which required the utilization of HRM models postulated by experts in order to reach the desired formulation of a proposed SHRM model which incorporated expert’s opinions for the success of the study.
