The study recommends that there is need for enhancement of cooperation between the government and TFF like; introduction of football academies and profession football tournaments, to recognize local football academies, establishing special football school in each region, introducing National Guideline on football academy, FAs should be involved in managing football academies in their locations, sponsorship should be provided from the grassroots and provided sufficient equipment, TFF should establish their own academies where another stakeholder can learn, TFF should seek experts from FIFA on how to establish and manage academies, TFF should provide strategic plans that could be used at (local) low level, TFF and Government should train many coaches, register and distribute them to academies and talented young people should be planted into the international football academies abroad.
