Small and medium-sized enterprises are the primary sources of job creation in our underdeveloped economies, but our economies have been slow to restructure and model our different structures in order to better support its structures, in the United States to solve its problems SMEs have developed this strategy to get together to reduce costs and be more efficient or creating such joint ventures, cowork space, Crowdfunding, Business Angels. This work proposes a study of two SMEs in Ghana to show how a simple strategy can be job creators and can solve working capital problems, start-up challenges without resorting to banks.
