This study focused on the leadership skills and personality attributes of school administrators in Northern Aurora. Most of the school administrators in Northern Aurora were old, male, MA graduates, young in an administrative position, and manage small schools. School administrators possessed the right leadership skills as manifested in the overall mean of the study. The school administrators’ personalities were cooperative, helpful, and trusted. The most common leadership skills of the respondents were “putting the welfare of the organization”, “criticizing a specific act rather than a particular person”, and “giving in to the organization in discussion with them”.
