Data analysis processes allow recognizing issues, patterns, trends, causes, parameters, and possible results for the reason to realize the monitoring, evaluation, and assessment functions. In this work, we have outlined the fundamental use of data analytics to improve Decision-Making (DM) in Moroccan Education. We have made a data analysis for education in Morocco throughout 16 years into multi-level from the academic year 2002-2003 to 2017-2018. First of all, we generally have collected education data for primary, preparatory, and qualifying secondary education in private as well as public schools, and for each region. We have gathered several data for primary, preparatory, and qualifying high schools. Secondly, we have proceeded to Data Cleaning Process (DCP). Thirdly, we have stored our data. Fourthly, we have implemented them through a model. And Finally, we have visualized this data with Jupyter Notebook using Python programming language to analyze them. As a result of our work, we found out that in public primary education the number of pupils decreases gradually in most the regions especially in Casablanca with -92.21%, due to the resorting to private schools by the majority of pupils with an evolution estimated at 224.08% during 15 years. Hence this decline could be explained by the role of the private sector which has moved from 5.3% in the academic year 2003-2004 to 17% in 2017-2018.
