The modern world puts more ethical issues on the agenda. They cover almost all spheres of life, including politics. However, the most vulnerable in terms of ethical perception is the field of global health. It is most susceptible to global political processes, and also closely depends on the development of science, in particular, on the level of development of medical science and biotechnology. Obviously, without the development of science (conducting clinical trials), it is impossible to ensure the creation of the latest drugs and other means necessary to ensure human health. However, the very conduct of such studies and the further implementation of their results from the point of view of protecting human rights is based on the need to comply with ethical principles.
