Description

This book, Principles and Practice of Criminal Litigation in Cameroon, is an effort to provide a comprehensive and reliable reference material in the study of Criminal Procedure in Cameroon and covers the ongoing reforms in the subject in the country. The book, apart from covering the Criminal Procedure Code, deals with other recent developments in the subject. For example, the chapter on ‘Electronic Evidence’ is based jointly on the Criminal Procedure Code and the 2010 law on Cyber Criminality. The book is no doubt a product of painstaking research carried out on extensive scale by someone who not only commands a firm grip of criminal procedure but also teaches the subject at the University level for a period of over six years.
