The present study is a prospective observational single tertiary care Centre study of 100 subjects who were diagnosed case of chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis in this tertiary care referral centre. All adult (age more than 18 years) CKD patients on maintenance hemodialysis with HD Vintage more than 30 days were included in this study. During this study, it was found that mean age of all subjects was 42.26 ± 14.69 years. 95(95%) had history of hypertension, 28(28%) had history of diabetes mellitus, and 12(12%) had history of ischemic heart disease.
