This book aims to be a guide for physicians. It is proposed protocols for the treatment of angioma, condyloma and trachea tumors by the method of radiotherapy using Neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet and Dioxide carbon as incident lasers. The primary mission of doctors is not perfect control of the laser’s production, or even the process of laser conversion into heat. This task is devolved to advanced physicists strongly involved in high-level fundamental research. This book is suitable for ambitious doctors wishing to open their careers and climb the ladder in a respectable university course. Those who want to increase their knowledge in the medical area and nourish their sense of imagination and creativity are welcome. This work is undertaken because doctors need to bring originality and innovation in their field of competency. The main topic of this work was to present in depth the mathematical and physical background for the elucidation of the therapeutic processes of certain pathologies using laser pulses. Results are obtained by making use of a numerical technique based on Runge-Kutta method of orders 4-5, using DOPRI5 as integrator. We have computed local heat distributions within tissues. The progress of the temperature along the concerned tissue has been plotted. In this book, it is also presented a new model of laser production, a method based on an innovative technique which can be declined as follows: the second degree high-order harmonic generation (SD-HHG). Thanks to this method, we can produce UVs, extra-UVs and even X-rays. The lasers thus generated should have obvious medical applications. Interestingly, this method projects itself as synchrotron’s twin. It is with good reason that it aims to replace synchrotrons during the current century. The book was written with a strong concern: should the results of the approach help to refine laser surgery intervention in this important and highly effective area of medical treatment.
