The paper examines the weaknesses of the current model of health care based on drug therapy, which failed to resist the coronavirus infection COVID-19 / SARS-CoV-2 and provoked a large-scale economic crisis. The proposed way out of the crisis is to change priorities, namely the combined use of scientifically sound empirical and partly evidence-based pharmacological methods of prevention and treatment of patients and the disabled. From the point of view of the authors, the four most promising approaches are described in detail: the use of water with a high negative redox potential, steam-water ozone-containing mixture, energy-information therapy and low-intensity physiotherapy. These methods, as a rule, do not have side effects, and in the process of their application, the phenomenon of slowing down the aging of the body, improving the quality of life and active longevity of patients and disabled people is observed. Of course, these methods should be involved in the system of maintaining public health.
