ANALYSIS OF QMSD IMPLEMENTATION ON BUSINESS PROCESS INNOVATIONS IN SMEs
Implementing a quality document management system (QDMS) can significantly improve process innovation and business excellence, especially in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This analysis is based on four case studies where QDMS is integrated to varying degrees in different companies. The analysis uses methods such as Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Pareto analysis and self-assessment according to EFQM 2013 methodology. The results show that companies with more extensive QDMS integration achieved higher levels of innovation and business excellence. The study highlights that comprehensive QDMS implementation not only supports process innovation, but also improves the overall business excellence of SMEs.
