This book entitled “ORGANIC CHEMISTRY LABORATORY EXPERIMENTS FOR SCIENCE STUDENTS” is a text book intended for all chemistry students who have studied the Theoretical General Chemistry courses in details in their college study and looking forward to studying the Practical Organic Chemistry Courses I, II, and III as compulsory courses. I tried my best to make it simple in the order that they would accept it. Chapters I deals with all safety precaution and first aids that would be taken in the laboratory and at the same time all the glassware, tools, equipment, devices and type of chemicals that every student should know. Chapter II includes the functional group test for all types of organic compounds. Chapter III deals with both the basic purification techniques and the synthesis of some important organic compounds. By studying the book, with little dependence on the teacher, the student should be able to separate, analyze and identify any organic compound with the suitable procedure and technique. Moreover, this book can be more suitable and helpful to premedical students and pharmacy students since they are much obliged to study organic chemistry for the same purpose mentioned above. I wish this book to be a teaching text that students find suitable.
