Hydrology and Hydroelectricity is a work that deals first of all with the notions of generation of missing rain from a meteorological station by a very appropriate method among many others, the variability of climatic and hydrological factors and their impacts on the agro-pastoral activities of populations living along a watercourse and for the hydroelectricity part, it deals with the transformation of hydrological parameters into energy parameters. The particularity of this method of reconstructing rainfall data is that it takes into account a distance of 150 km separating two neighboring meteorological stations. For the hydroelectricity part, it makes it possible to assess the essential energy parameters for the establishment of a hydroelectric power station.
