This publication is mainly focused on a critical situation which is currently going on at Bandaranaike International Airport. The airport has been categorized as a three-star airport and it has been listed out as top ten worst airports in Asia. BIA is the largest international airport in Sri Lanka providing travel services over many destinations in the world and it is the main hub for SriLankan Airlines which is the national carrier of Sri Lanka serving more than six million passengers a year. The author further argues that there is a gap between the satisfaction of international tourists and the airport efficiency dimensions at the airport and the level of satisfaction has continuously dropped. This book comprehensively measures the satisfaction level of international tourists about the quality and efficiency of the services at BIA. This study will contribute to identifying the existing airport efficiency dimensions influencing international tourist satisfaction, the most influential airport efficiency dimension and the relationship between each existing airport efficiency dimension with international tourist satisfaction.
